I am a New York State licensed psychotherapist practicing in New York City. I received my Masters of Social Work from New York University and I recently completed a certificate in Contemplative Psychotherapy through the Nalanda Institute. Prior to my career as a therapist, I worked as a marketing and partnerships consultant for Fortune 500 companies.

My focus lies in helping individuals and couples work through anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, major life transitions, trauma, chronic illness, grief and loss. I believe that getting curious about our own human experience can be incredibly transformative if we allow it.

Through a warm and integrative approach, I draw upon a variety of modalities including CBT and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy within a goal-oriented framework. I aim to create an empathetic, comfortable environment for my clients to explore their challenges and experiences, increase their awareness and insight, all in an effort to promote positive and lasting change.

Whether you are new to therapy or you’re looking for an alternative perspective, I understand how daunting this process can feel. Initial phone consultations are free and a useful way to see if we might be a good fit.
