I support individuals struggling to navigate life's daily stressors. My approach to treatment is rooted in acceptance, curiosity and collaboration. I create a safe and relatable space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, identify healthy coping strategies and build sustainable and lasting change. My treatment style is not at all prescriptive. I draw upon various evidence-based tools including CBT, DBT and mindfulness-based work to personalize treatment given your unique needs.

I received my Masters of Social Work from Columbia University. Prior to my formal training, I worked as a research assistant specializing in the treatment of bipolar disorder and treatment resistant depression. I help individuals manage symptoms of anxiety, panic disorders, depression, interpersonal relationships, and major life transitions.

No matter what brings you to therapy, my goal is to empower and equip you with tools to navigate the difficulties of daily life. Through exploration and increasing self-awareness, we will gain a better understanding of the ways in which you relate to yourself and others. Together we will identify and restructure the negative patterns that contribute to your distress while also building upon your strengths and inherent value. While beginning therapy can often feel overwhelming, I am here to help guide you through the challenges you face with warmth, empathy and care.
